SCAMMING AMAZON dose it again. Amazon refunds scamming buyer after they send back totally different item from what I sold them, plus they had item for over 70 days putting it outside the return window. This is the last straw I'm all done listing any more new listing. from now on I'm listing on EBAY.

If the order was refunded to the buyer on your behalf by Amazon via Refund at First Scan, you can file a SAFE-T Claim to request reimbursement for the return shipping costs. For an order where you are initiating the refund, you can charge a restocking fee based on the guidelines provided here.
