Sudden Error in Listing Causing Lost in Sales During Peak Season

During peak season of Valentine's Day for my product, today (2/12/25) the system detected an error in the Parent ASIN causing it to become inactive.

I don't know how many hours it's been down, and how many hours of sales I lost.

I have not modified my listing in weeks, and everything was active and fine until today.

This is pretty ridiculous, happening during peak season out of all times. Separate from this occasion, there has been numerous other times when Amazon would change certain attributes in my listing themselves, causing an error which would then cause my listing to deactivate.

I modified the title slightly and fixed the problem, but who knows how many hours of sales I lost during this peak season before I caught the error.

Also, why is Amazon Seller Support unable to tell me exactly what was causing the error in the first place? Seller Support said they needed to transfer the case to the internal team, and who knows how long that was going to take.

Amazon really needs to fix this and do better.

For any Amazon Reps on the forum, Case Id 17202980451 was opened for this. And as mentioned, I fixed it myself by playing with the title wording.

But it's pretty ridiculous that Amazon Support was unable to tell me exactly what was causing the error. I have not modified the title in weeks, and during peak season is when the system decides to detect this error is unacceptable.

Experiencing this same issue. After speaking with Seller Support for an hour it was determined that you cannot use "Day" in your title. That word is invalid. After taking "Day" out the error was cleared. I understand Amazon doesn't want sellers using terms like "one day" or "next day" in titles, but "Valentine's Day" or "St. Patrick's Day", really..??!
