I keep receiving need approval to sell advise from Amazon. But by brand name "San Jose Candy Kitchen" is approved to sell on Amazon " Grocery and Gourmet food" category. I am the manufacturer of the Caramel apple and I am the seller on Amazon under same brand name, then how can I fulfill requirements " apply to sell" which require "INVOICE" as Manufacturer (San Jose Candy Kitchen)and buyer (San Jose Candy Kitchen) as (seller on Amazon) . please help.

Did they provide a link to send the necessary information?
So, you take pictures of your production process, explain how you manufacture and package your caramel. Send invoices of the raw material. It has to be clear how you produce your candies.
I have seen that you have a website: send also that link and information, that helps a lot.
