Verify your Selling on Amazon account

i got a notification on amazon seller central notificaiton center and i need to verify my selling account again. i can see that USA marketplace is inactive. I'm trying to verify my amazon seller central unfortunately the provided link is not working.Any solution will be highly appriciated.
