Deactivated Account 8 years ago, won't allow to reactivate

My account was deactivated over 8 years ago because I wasn't fully aware with Amazon's policies at that time. I am trying to reactivate my account so I can properly build my store by following policies appropriately, but I am having extreme difficulties on getting my account reactivated. I've submitted appeals over a dozen times just to get them rejected with similar default responses. How can I get Amazon to reactivate my account so I can start selling my own product/brand?

Keep receiving the message, "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."

What was the cause of your account being deactivated? If it was any sort of IP complaint, Amazon has made it clear that such complaints must be resolved; a PoA to not do it again is not enough.

Since your account was deactivated quite some time ago, you may no longer have the original deactivation performance notifications with the appeal requirements. For this, I have engaged the appropriate teams and they informed me that they are reviewing this and they will send you a follow-up performance notification with the information you need in the next 24-48 hours. I suggest to monitor your notifications closely until you receive that message.
