My Account was Deactivated 2 Months ago due to Section 3 of Counterfeit Product i submit 7 to 8 Times Brand Authorized Supplier Invoice, LOA ,receipt and Plan of Action but still Amazon reply that information you provided is not enough to reactivate your Account do not know how reactivate my supplier is Brand Authorized and give all details that amazon can contact us we will provide all missing information but till to date Amazon not reactivate and not Contact to my Supplier

You mentioned this was due to a concern of authenticity and your supply chain. You additionally mentioned your "supplier" is authorized. The question I have is how you sourced these from this authorized supplier. Did you source them from an online or in-person retail store? Do you have written authorization or approval from the brand or this company to list and or sell the products from their company? A lot of companies will authorize a supplier, but in their terms of use, you are not authorized to distribute the materials from the site they were sourced from. These suppliers are typically licensed and authorized for sale to the end consumer, no resale. I would suggest reviewing your suppliers terms of use or terms of service and work with the brand itself to obtain a letter of authorization as this will be required at this point to show proof you are an authorized distributor for the concerned brand. So you are additionally aware, if your supplier tries to issue you a letter of authorization, it will not be accepted. We will only accept an LOA if issued by the brand or rights owner only.

As an additional note, a plan of action can no longer be accepted in these situations. a plan of action does not address the concerns of authenticity, supply chain or having approval from the brand to distribute their products, thus they do will not help the situation. This is why I suggested working with the brand to obtain the required documentation as proof of authorization.
