Return Fraud
This is a weekly occurence in my store, that is "return frauds".
Apparently Amazon return team does not check or inspect what's coming back, which is unfortunate.
Many customers on Amazon use Amazon loose return policies to "upgrade" their products and send us the old used or non-functioning items.
I believe Amazon will do a better job if they have any financial stakes, but apparently they don't.

They don't care what people return. Its not their products or money. Amazon doesn't pay the warehouse people to take their time and examine return. And to be fair the employee has no idea what you sold, what condition it was in or what accessories was supposed to be in the box.

Hi @Seller_HQbaSS2F7LIWh, returns are inspected upon arrival back to the fulfillment center and are marked as sellable or unsellable based on the condition. If you believe incorrect items are being added back to your inventory, you can create a removal order. If incorrect items are returned to you, you may be eligible to file a claim.
Unfortunately, per the FBA inventory reimbursement policy: Customer return claims, Amazon does not accept responsibility and will not reimburse you for returned items that are damaged by a customer, are subject to recall, are defective or in violation of Amazon policies, or for other similar reasons. Items that fall into these categories are added to your unfulfillable inventory when they are returned.
