Amazon Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 Start Date?

Amazon announced the start date for this year's Black Friday event as 17 November, but when creating the promo in Prime Exclusive Discounts, the start date shows up as 20 November. How could we make sure our discount starts on 17 November, in line with the event?
