Stuck in a loop with an inactive account - can't get support or cancel
I set up a sellers account months ago but never used it. I didn't even list any inventory. I received notice that it is inactive. I therefore have no access to even cancel the account. When I do I am looped into the same 'notice' that my account needs to be reactivated. All CC info is up to date and there are no specific flags or items that need attention. The help window won't even open - just the same message prompting me to go through the reactivation process. I regret opening it in the first place and just want out. Any ideas?

you can just walk away. Nothing is going to happen with your account. Are you getting billed for the monthly pro account or did you downgrade to individual?
