How to provide all required documents to reactivated seller account
I got an email from support that in order to reactivate my seller account, I need to provide the required documents.
I was told to submit your documents for verification, follow these steps:
1. Go to "Settings" and select "Account Info":

2. Click "Reactivate Account" and follow the next steps.
You can submit the document by using the following link:

Unfortunately, the steps don't work:
1. The page https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/sc/account-information doesn't have a "Reactivate Account" link, button, or text.
2. This page - https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/approvalrequest/registration - display the following message:
Your account is inactive
You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated.
When I click on the "Continue" button after the message, I can see the "Charge Methods" page. I already provided information about my credit cards, and I have no idea what else I can do on the page.
I also cannot contact support, access cases, or click on Help links. Instead of any helpful information, the page with the message "Your account is inactive" is displayed.
Can somebody help me and let me know how to submit the required documents to reactivate seller account to Amazon support?
