Even though I wrote to disbursemet- appeals@ amazon.com.mx many times, I cannot receive a video call link for fund recovery. Could there be a technical problem? Can you help? I can't open a case, it gets rejected instantly. How can I access the link?

Can someone reply to our e-mails about the funds in our account, it’s been over 5 months. We just need our funds, so we can move on from Amazon. Amazon has taken to much of our time and money.

You mention the issues with getting the link, have you received any kind of messaging in response to sending the request to the disbursement team?
Generally, an account will need to be impacted for 90 days before the funds will be eligible for release. Has it been 90 days since your account was originally impacted? We encourage you to share more regarding this situation so we may gain a better understanding and provide more specific guidance to your concern.
