Amazon Partnered Carrier From China to US
Does anyone have experience using the Amazon Partnered Carrier option for shipping from China to US (LinkTrans)? I booked 5 shipments through the Amazon Partnered Carrier option, the term is the carrier will come pick up the packages directly from the supplier in China. However 2 weeks have passed and they haven't reached out and I also can't find a way to contact them. Do you know if this option is the same as Amazon Global Logistics? Is it because that I haven't set up the AGL account that the shipment didn't get to the next step?
