Hello! I recently broguht over some custom items over to Amazon. I sell these on my website, (and all other platforms I am sure I am not supposed to mention here.) I have never had a return. 0. 10,000+ of sales. No returns. I have already had $400+ on Amazon in my first week selling these items. I did no realize Amazon just assists people in scamming my small business.

I have not received:

-A single Return

-An explanation

-A single picture

Yet suctomers have recieved hudnreds of my dollars?

Amazon is doing nothing to help me. I know it is as easy as saying stop selling on Amazon. We will now. We were spending thousands a week on adverstising on Amazon, we are pasuing all of that for all of products. We will obviosuly soon start using our strong social media presence to direct everyone away from buyin on here.

My question is, what do I do to recoup the scammed items? How do at I at least get the items back? Did I really just give away hudnreds of dollars to Scam artists?

Is there any recourse? I have never felt so used and uncared for. I used to love running my business, Amazon takes all the joy out of this. Really sad what it has become.
