What is good sales rank?
So I was told to stay around one hunder thouunds rank or less. however I have found some items to sell that are over that rank. My question is what sales rank do you guys stay around?

This question is WAY too general. Sales rank is by category; I sell books, and will gladly pick up books with sales ranks of several million. OTOH, if you're selling lawn furniture, 100K may mean that it is selling only one or two per year (I'm guessing; not going to research it).
But going farther, it sounds as if you might be doing RA for sourcing; unless this is used books, you need to be very careful. Spend a few weeks reading the forums, especially the "I've been suspended" and "Help! IP violation" threads.
And be aware that there is one strong advocate of RA who will likely advise you to jump headfirst into it. But when he finally helped someone who got in trouble, his advice was to pay a monthly fee to a law firm to help resolve all the violations you were going to rack up. So I would disregard his advice, and if you are doing RA, proceed VERY carefully.
