Self-Fulfillment on Amazon: Experiencing the True Shopping Etiquette of Dutch Customers 2/2
A customer’s parcel was returned because they didn’t answer the courier’s call. Coincidentally, another customer needed to send back their own parcel, so I asked that customer to forward it to the address of the customer who hadn’t received theirs. I don’t know whether the sender contacted the intended recipient directly by phone. The customer who missed the delivery wanted to have the parcel shipped to a DHL pick-up point. I paid all the shipping costs for this shipment, but the recipient has still not collected the parcel. Today is the final day for pick-up, yet the customer has already filed an A-to-Z dispute.
