Conflicting asin on my own upc

So i am trying to list my own body mist brand which has 6 variations. It is not allowing me to list 3 of the products because the upcs have already been used on different product which are sized differently. this is causing issues because i am the owner of the upc's and have the gs1 but amazon still hasnt fixed my issue.
