Reporting Multiple account Violation
Hi,
There is a seller that has multiple accounts and selling same products from same address. Amazon let sellers have multiple accounts but if they are selling different brand and product. But they are selling same product from same address. I have reported on tru https://sellercentral.amazon.com/abuse-submission/index.html here. But There is no such a violation option to report. I have created a case but they keep sending me same message back that I need to submit violation here again : https://sellercentral.amazon.com/abuse-submission/index.html
Here is the complaint ID ,17384736751( already responded they couldn't find any violation on listings but problem is not listings.)
another Complaint ID: 17412093681
also case ID 17410616621
I don't want to provide seller ID and ASIN but if I need to I can..

Good luck. I reported a company doing the same stuff but using a different 'suite number' address. It took well over a year -- probably two -- to get anything done.
Amazon is flooded with so much stuff you literally have to catch lightning in a bottle to get the attention of an actual person instead of a BOT.
Nothing happened until I found proof of common ownership in their State business filings and sent that in.
