Another company is using my GS1 UPC codes, Amazon won't let me list my products

Good Morning,

I purchased our UPC codes from GS1 for our products that we want to list on Amazon.

It appears that another company is using them on products not associated with our company. Amazon won't let us list due to this conflict even though I have submitted all documentation that shows these are our UPC codes. Is there a contact email or phone number that I can get this rectified?

All we get are automated messages that says:

We are unable to take action on your report because UPCs, barcodes, and EANs do not have intellectual property protection.If you consider this notification unjustified, you can consult your legal advisor.

ASIN: (I have these, just not posted here.)

Are you entering your UPC correctly and selecting UPC as the format? (UPC should be 12 digits.)

Are you in brand registry? (we see you are USPTO registered and in fact have GS1 UPCs)

If so, did you ask brand registry for support on the issue? (From the response you received, it appears you reported it as an IP issue.)

Do you know the product that is using your UPC?

Is it a single item that you are having issues in listing or are all of your UPCs experiencing issues?
