Amazon Mexico is not seyncing with my UAE bank account

Hi All,

I have setup my Amazon account successfully and the deposits and charges are going smooth through my UAE bank account for Amazon.com and Amazon.ca.

But Amazon send me a performance notification saying that I need to submit additional docs to verify my identity but when I click on the Identity verification it takes to a page saying that there is something wrong with the request and not letting me submit any documents. I have been in touch with a lot of seller support agents who keeps saying the same thing over and over again that they need to reach out to a team to fix this but that team keep sending me a copy paste replies again and again saying that the documents I submitted are not enough to verify my identity.

Its been almost a month trying to fix this but no help from Amazon at all. Furthermore when I try to apply my existing charge method which I am using for USA and Canada to Mexico it wont let me and asked to put in a bank account info and the list of the countries does not have UAE in the selection list.

Please help. Thanks
