Empty box refunds
Is anybody else having this problem? I have had 7 purchases of a product the last 2 days and each one has claimed a refund with the reason. empty box. On investigation 5 items were purchased by 1 buyer to be shipped to 5 different people/addresses and the other 2 purchase by another buyer to 2 addresses.
I think it is a drop-shipper using me for free products. Where do i stand with Amazon in trying to recover my funds. If the products do not get returned will i get reimbursed? i just don't know where i stand on this matter

Were these shipped via you or Amazon? Is this an A-Z claim? It sounds like you have A-Z claims after you shipped the items.
Submit your evidence to Amazon on the A-Z claim. If the customer contacts you let them know Amazon is investigating the issue and to contact Amazon directly for any further questions. If they continue to contact you, don't be afraid to be repetitive or just mark a no response needed. If Amazon sides with you, you will keep your money, if they don't, the customer got free stuff.
Hopefully, the A-Z investigators take note of the buying pattern.

Hello @UK_Dealz_R_Us,
I appreciate this post. I see that you have mentioned suspecting this buyer might be a drop shipper. If you suspect a fraudulent buyer, you will want to be sure to report that buyer and suspected returns buyer fraud activity to Amazon. You may do so in Seller Central by navigating to Performance > Account Health> click on "Report Abuse". Additionally, if there was an A-Z Claim filed and granted to the buyer (as suspected above), you can file an appeal. To do so, navigate on Performance > A-to-z Claims > Enter Order ID and appeal. You do have 30 days to file this claim, so you will want to consider this option sooner rather than later.
Kindest regards,
