About the new Return Processing Fee that will be applied as of June 01st
My Top Customer Reported Return Reason is "Item was not received by estimated delivery date"". I am FBA, this means, it is beyond my responsibility for Amazon's late delivery.
How is it possible for Amazon to penalize me for a higher return rate when it is Amazon itself that delivers the product late?
Shouldn't they disregard this reason for calculating the acceptable threshold?
Any clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
