There is a critical issue with your account seller code of conduct
I got a notification on July 22, 2024. I wrote an appeal but haven't got any reply, does anyone else having same issue? I tried to report violation, but always get denied by amazon. I never placing orders to hold competitor's inventory. I did a test buy and leaving them negative feedback and received this notification from amazon.

Test buys are ok (if you are brand registered typically) leaving negative feedback is a big no no. I would start by removing the negative feedback. its going to be an uphill battle to appeal. I would call into account health

Has your account been deactivated in error?Hello, I acknowledge what i did was wrong. I didn't know by doing this, it would put my account at risk. I was just trying to protect my brand . When I try to report violation, amazon require test buy order. I thought I should send other seller a warning first before I place test buy order, hope they would remove themselves from the listing. After receiving the item, I check and see that the item is counterfeit and not as describe on detail page. So i left them a negative feedback, I now know I shouldn't do that. As noted in your notification, this situation surrounding the attempt to damage another seller. These situations can only be disputed with proof that your conduct was within our policy and not in violation of our code of conduct policy.
If you have posted negative reviews on another seller, this would be a direct violation of our policy. At this time I cannot guarantee the account will be eligible for reactivation as we do require proof that this was not conducted.

There are a few threads here in the forums regarding similar situations. This is a situation were we require you to show proof that this violation never took place, if it did the evidence required to reactivate the account would not exist. As noted previously if this was a situation took place, where feedback was left on another seller, this would be a violation and we cannot guarantee reactivation. As I have very limited visibility into your account I cannot confirm or deny the situation or evidence but offer guidance on the situation as a whole in this scenario and information provided here.
