Unable to contact Customer Support even after clicking "Get Help"
Hi! I'm unable to reach Amazon seller support. I'm clicking "Get Help" and all I receive is a bunch of articles. I never experienced this before. Before that, I was able to click "Get Help" and it takes me directly to the contact through phone, email, or chat page. I don't need a bunch of articles to solve my problem as it's payment related. I need a human associates to help me resolve this. Anyone experiencing this and how are you resolving this?
