Buyers Scamming for Refunds
I have noticed similarities between a few customers requesting refunds on Amazon by us, the seller. These requests come in through Amazons Messages within the last 10 days (8/6 - 8/16/2024). All three have similar broken English, bad spelling, no caps, and same requests. All three are asking us the seller to refund their order. All three orders have been delivered and I have proof of delivery directly from UPS. All three want us, the seller to refund and initially won’t file an A to z claim. Buyer 1 and Buyer 2 finally filed an A to z claim, and both were refunded by Amazon, not by us, the seller. Buyer 3 has yet to file an A to z claim. I have responded to all their messages. I believe this is some sort of scam by one person. All three orders are not the same address, 2 from CA and 1 from MI. Below is some of the messages.
Buyer 1: "my package has been lost bcoz there is nowhere to locate it. i want my money back immediately, could anybody help me here to refund it?" "i checked everywhere it may have be delivered, also I asked the persons who live around me for the parcel of the order. The result was nothing I found out."
Buyer 2: "my package has been lost bcoz there is nowhere to locate it. i want my money back immediately, could anybody help me here to refund it?" " i have checked everywhere it may have been delivered, but the result is nothing I found out."
Buyer 3: "I asked the persons who live around me for the parcel of the order. The result was nothing I found out."

Hi there @Seller_2ITITukJgaxbD- thanks for posting this situation, and I'd be happy to take a look at this with you if you could share the involved case IDs you've used to report the suspicion to our support teams already. Also, if you haven't yet, please report the messages you believe to be suspicious through the buyer to seller messaging tool, so our teams have the report of the activity from the seller as well.
