Just used Amazon's Buy Shipping for our FBM orders...USPS Ground Advantage, less than 10# packages today.

Do you ship a lot? Some times slower services like Ground Advantage won't show up on Amazon if their algorithm doesn't think the order will arrive on time with them.

USPS shipping options are available in Buy Shipping, and I do not see any overall issues with that carrier.
If you are having issues selecting USPS as your shipping service, I recommend filing a support case with specific details about your issue.
Is USPS completely missing from your Buy Shipping option?
Do USPS services appear but with a 'grayed-out' reason they can not be selected for the shipment(s)?
Are the services available but unprotected, with expected transit times beyond the delivery promise?

What is the situation, exactly? Amazon is gaming their Buy Shipping (and everything else). Sometimes you have to figure out how to work around Amazon's rigged system.

Sometime there is glitch in the system, but it usually goes away within few minutes. You should always log out and log back in. You will see it will reappear.
