Amazon deactivated my listing over false battery claims
A few weeks ago amazon falsely changed my product's battery type on my listing to some cr type battery. Then it started asking for safety compliance documents for the WRONG BATTERY TYPE. I changed the battery type to the correct type(lithium ion rechargeable) on my listing but it did not update on my live listing. Eventually amazon deactivated my listing until i present them with safety compliance documents but how i can give them documents for something that DOES NOT even relate to my product!!!
I have opened several cases. Seller support is no help. My listing is still inactive and I'm losing money everyday. Mods please help me! This is so frustrating!!

The issue with your product is not the type of battery, but concerns that the product poses a hazard due to its size and there potentially being a button or coin size battery. Your best course would be to appeal and provide the safety compliance documentation through the Compliance Dashboard directly.
