Amazon support (No Option to contact)
Our account was deactivated for no reason. Our inventory arrived at the Amazon warehouse when the account was deactivated.
We have two issues: we need help contacting Amazon support.
1)We disputed the wrong custom duties charges before it was submitted. I also emailed but have yet to receive a reply.
2) Customer recived shipment damage when placed the MCF order.
We cannot contact Amazon seller support as we only have one option to reactivate the account appeal, which differs from what we want to contact.
