UPS next day packages delayed what to do??
Out of 10, 3 packages are always delay with UPS next day air.
Customer paid for next day shipping service, We shipped it same day UPS picked up it same day, however package didn't got delivered next day, it got delivered after 3 days. Below is my questions i need help for
1) How to get refund on those services? I know i can call ups and they can refund the money, however we are using buy shipping option, so technically we are using amazon account, So if UPS refund the money it will go to amazon ups account. How do I get reimbursed for it?
2) If packages are delivered late customer open AtoZ claim will it go against me?

You can follow the steps here to request a Buy Shipping refund.
If you get an A-to-Z claim for these orders, I recommend appealing using this template from one of our long-time community members:
"This claim meets all requirements to be covered under Amazon's Buy Shipping Guarantee.
* ship-by date on the order was X
* order was shipped X with shipping purchased from Amazon (X tracking XXXX)
* carrier scan shows they took possession of the package on X, so the order was shipped on time
* carrier tracking shows that the order was delivered on X, so the order was delivered on time -
Since the order was shipped on time and shipping was purchased through Amazon's buy shipping, it qualifies to be covered under Amazon's buy shipping guarantee. A-Z claim should be funded by Amazon and not count against our ODR."
