Reports for Customized Product Sales

When an SKU has personalization/customization (e.g., you are selling a gift basket and can add extra chocolate or a card), the sale price is higher. This is fine for the sales report.

But to calculate COGs, we need to add all the other costs. Since the primary sales SKU number does not change, finding each extra sale requires a ton of manual work.

Is there a report that I can run to get this information? Any recommendation is greatly appreciated.

Hey there @Seller_tWdN1lJTPqebU- thanks for this question!

I am unsure if it will meet your needs exactly, but you might find value in the SKU Economics report, which "collects fees, sales, ads, off-Amazon costs, and net proceeds in a single view to help you optimize costs and understand your product selection performance."

You can find more detail in the recent News Announcement on the report. Else, I did find this prior thread where COGs strategies were discussed. Hopefully there's some helpful context in there for you!
