FBA return

Hi all,

A customer ordered via FBA a 700 dollar item, returned it after a month. Amazon disposed it without providing removal order. The customer did not even contact us about it. Is there a way I can request for proof because Amazon said it was totally damage and i find it quite impossible that is the case, I think Amazon returned a very different item. Is there a way to request for Amazon to refund us the loss since it was not really our fault? Our settings are also set to return to the warehouse even if it is Unfulfillable.

I understand that a customer returned an FBA item that was subsequently disposed. In this case, you can file a customer return claim no sooner than 60 days and no later than 120 days after the customer refund or replacement.

Before you submit a claim, please complete the below steps:

  • Check your Manage FBA Returns report to see if Amazon refunded or replaced the item on your FBA order.
  • Check yourFBA customer returns report to see if the refunded or replaced item was returned to your inventory.
  • Check your Reimbursements report to see if you have already been reimbursed for the lost or damaged item. To filter the results, search by the Amazon order ID.

After reviewing and reconciling the reports above, if you still believe a lost or damaged item is eligible for a reimbursement, you can file a claim. You can visit this help page and at the very bottom of the page, you can utilize the tool to check your eligibility and file a claim.

If you need additional assistance, I would suggest opening a case with our Support team for additional guidance.

WHAT IS HAPPEN WITH FBA ? I have 3 complaints from costumer that received bad products . Are the workers not treading the merchandise in a proper way ? I am so sorry about what is happening to you but try talking to the right person and I'm sure they will help you. Good luck !

You're pretty much screwed. Welcome to AZ, you must be new here. Let me show you around. Oh almost forgot, let me point you to the lube section of the marketplace, you better stock up quickly. Also, over there > that's where they keep the large rolls of sandpaper they use that for extra friction when really givin you the business. Oh, and don't bother asking why they're abusing you, you'll just get a zombie-ish response from bettlejuice, he runs the whole show down here. Welcome to the sh!!t show and have a wonderful day.
