Can't login to Amazon Seller Account

I have been trying to login to my Amazon account with the email associated with it and it states that there is no Amazon account associated with that email even though Amazon support says there is and Amazon support seems to be able to name the store every time I mention the email. I tried to write to Amazon seller login and every time I am told to submit document to a link that require me to login into Amazon seller account even though I can’t because according to Amazon there is no account link to the email. Please help I have been dealing with this issue for months now with no resolution?
