Invalid tracking ID for Cainiao express

I got an email recently regarding an invalid tracking ID. It looks like four tracking IDs out of 200 from Cainiao Express are invalid. So I got on the phone with the support guy, and he mentioned that Cainiao Express is not integrated with the Amazon system, but the other 196 tracking IDs are okay. So these tracking IDs are generated by the merchants from Ali Express (dropship), and I believe many others probably use their service too. In this case, if anyone has the same experience, could you please let me know how to go about this?

You mention "dropshipping". Are you following ALL of the rules regarding dropshipping, including being the seller of record on all documents in the package?

Are you 100% confident that your supplier is adhering to all of the rules?

If not, you have much bigger worries than tracking info.

Now with that said, did you contact Amazon Seller Support about this situation or Cainiao Express support? If you haven't opened a case with Amazon Seller Support yet, I would recommend starting there. However, please note that I cannot guarantee the outcome will be different. Once you do open that case, please feel free to send me your case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence.
