inactive account

Amazon, I was charged $39.99 to start selling, but my account is inactive. I would like to know the reason, as my documents are validated. I don't understand why my account is still inactive and I'm being charged. If it remains inactive, I would like my money back

AMAZON FEE REFUND

From an answer by @Connor_Amazon about account fees here --

You can request for a refund by contacting seller support via this link:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us

But first, you will need to downgrade to the individual plan, follow the steps on this page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201710030

Once you do that, contact support and they will look into refund for you.

I see that your payment and deposit methods are valid, sometimes it can take several days for the account to be fully activated, however you will need reach out to support directly via this link to see if there are other outstanding actions for your to complete.
