To change your account email
address , follow these steps:
In your seller account, go to Settings and click Login Settings.
Click Edit next to the Email field to
bring up the Change Email form.
Enter your new email address, re-enter your new email address, and enter your
password in the fields where indicated.
Click Save Changes.
To change your account password, follow
In your seller account, go to Settings and click

Enter your current password, enter your new
password, and re-enter your new password in the fields where indicated.
Click Save Changes.
If you have two-step
verification enabled, we might require you to enter a security code to make changes to
your Advanced Security Settings. Learn more about two-step verification.
Note: If you use XML or AMTU to integrate with Seller Central, you must also update your email
address and password for those transmissions so they will continue to work

Security questions are a supplemental way for Amazon to verify your identity. We will
present security questions only when circumstances call for an extra level of identity
To register your security questions and answers, follow these steps:
Open your Seller Central Login Settings page.
Click the Change button in the
Select a question and enter your answer
to that question. Repeat with different questions and answers for Questions 2 and

Tips to help you choose good security questions and answers:
Choose questions that only you know the
answer to and that are not associated with your password.
Choose answers that are memorable, but
not easy to guess or research.
Tips for keeping your security questions and answers secure:
Never tell anyone your security
questions and answers, and do not write them down.
Never send your security questions or
answers through email.
Never reply to email inquiries about
your security questions and answers, even if the message looks authentic.
Periodically change your security
questions and answers.
How to fix an error
If you get an error message for your answer to a security question, the answer you
entered does not match the answer you registered for that question. Please try again,
making sure of the following:
Don't add extra spaces. (Copy and paste
sometimes adds extra spaces).
Use upper-case and lower-case letters
exactly as you did when you registered your answer.
