Many Amazon Business customers have stated that they require invoices from a single seller. To support this request, Amazon enables you to sell inventory to ABEU and for ABEU to re-sell it instantly to a customer when they place an order on Amazon Business. By buying and instantly re-selling your items, ABEU becomes the seller of record, making your inventory available to customers who would not otherwise purchase from a third-party seller.
If you are a seller in one of the 5 European marketplaces (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain) and use Amazon’s VAT Calculation Service (VCS), you are eligible.

If you were not an eligible seller on October 31, 2019, or if you un-enrolled and would like to re-enroll, simply check the “Enable Amazon Business to buy-sell my products to all Amazon Business customers” box in your VAT Calculation Service enrollment settings.

However, if you do not want to re-sell specific ASINs through ABEU, you can opt out these ASINs by uploading a flat file using the Feed and Report Platform.
