No, you currently cannot set different order cut-off times and enable weekend operations by carrier/shipping services. If you operate with multiple carriers, we recommend that you align with your carrier before changing order cut-off times and turning on weekend operations. By default, the setting for both Saturday and Sunday operations is turned off. By turning this setting on, these days will be counted towards the Estimated Ship Date and Estimated Delivery Date. Please ensure you ship on time as missing your Estimated Ship Date might impact your Late Shipment Rate.
Customers will see a cut-off time one hour prior to the one you set to allow for order processing. For example, if you have set the cut-off time to 3:00 p.m., customers see the cut-off time as 2:00 p.m.
If you have turned on Saturday or Sunday as an operating day, you are expected to ship on that day and ensure that the carrier picks up on the same day. If the carrier is unable to pick-up and scan the package on Saturday or Sunday respectively, we advise you to turn off Saturday or Sunday as applicable as an operating day because missing your Estimated Ship Date may adversely impact your On-time Shipment Rate and can result in a loss of Premium Shipping eligibility.
If an order (Premium shipping only) is placed before your cut-off time you must ship the item the same day if it is an operating day. However, if an order is placed after cut-off time, you can ship the item on the next business day.
