Shipping Template for Large and Heavy Items

Amazon’s standard NL Seller Delivery Policy is as follows:

We require Sellers to offer Standard Delivery to all addresses in the NL for the same delivery fee. Failure to comply with this policy may result in action being taken against your selling account. The following actions are examples of seller behaviour that are not permitted given this policy:

    • Using product description bullet points to refuse delivery to certain regions or to request additional delivery fees
    • Using product description bullet points to refuse delivery to certain regions or to request additional delivery fees
    • Contacting customers to request additional delivery fees.

The only exception to the above policy is for products that are eligible for scheduled delivery as part of their enrolment in the Heavy & Large Programme. As part of this Heavy & Large Programme, sellers can adjust delivery charges in regions via their Delivery Settings, but they are still required to comply with all other requirements of the policy.

Note: The Delivery Template for Large and Heavy Items is currently offered on an invitation-only basis, based on the ability to meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. To get more information, contact large-delivery@amazon.co.uk..
