The Return Settings page allows you to adjust your settings for each store that you sell in.
Store: You can identify the store for the settings you would like to edit in the store column.
Return Authorization: Amazon automatically authorizes return requests that fall within Amazon’s return policy (go to Manage Returns for exemptions). For stores where automatic return authorization is not mandatory, you will have the option to manually review and authorize incoming return requests.
Amazon Prepaid Return Labels (APRL):
In stores where APRL is required for all sellers with a default return address, like in the UK, Amazon automatically enrolls such sellers in the Prepaid Returns Label program. For stores where enrollment in the Amazon Prepaid Return Label program is not required, you will see the following options:
In stores where APRL is not yet available, you will see a gray Enroll.
Label type: If you are enrolled in the Amazon Prepaid Return Label program, your label type will be set to Amazon pre-paid. If you are not enrolled in the Amazon Prepaid Return Label program, you will have the following options:
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
You can choose who will provide the RMA number by selecting one of the following options:
Labels for Exempt Items:
For returns of SKU exemptions from the Prepaid Return Label program, you will have the option to upload a merchant-paid label or have Amazon issue an unpaid label on your behalf.
Return Instructions:
Return instructions are shown to the customer when they create a return request. Click Click here to write instructions to compose the message that you would like to communicate to the customer. Examples of such instructions are:
A returnless resolution takes place when you issue a refund or replacement and let the buyer keep the product. In stores where the returnless resolution feature is available, you can either automatically issue a returnless resolution via your return settings or work with the buyer via messaging for a specific return.

Your default return address, is the address that will be used on all returns, and printed on the return label for return requests in that selected store. Under the Manage Return Addresses tab, you can add a specific return address for any of the stores you sell in.

Under the Return Program Settings tab, you can review and manage the return programs that are available in the stores that you sell in.
Under the Manage Returns Templates tab, you can download your chosen template and upload the edited template for processing or download a status report of uploaded templates.
