UPS Parcel: If package length + 2x width + 2x height exceeds 300 cm (118 inches), UPS applies a “Large package surcharge.”
Example: For a box measuring 91 cm x 71 cm x 71 cm, the length (91 cm) plus twice the width (2 x 71 cm) and twice the height (2 x 71 cm) equals 375 cm. UPS will accept the box, but they may apply a “Large package surcharge” because it is greater than 300 cm.
Amazon (DHL-managed): 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm maximum length. Max. combined length and girth (=longest side of the parcel + 2 x width + 2 x height) can be 360 cm. Maximum weight in kg: 31.5 kg.
A UPS package length cannot exceed 270 cm (108 inches). Package length + 2x width + 2x height cannot exceed 419 cm (165 inches). If possible, repack the contents in multiple boxes. Otherwise, consider using a different carrier.
Example: A box measuring 90 cm x 85 cm x 85 cm exceeds the maximum dimensions. Package length (90 cm) + 2x width (2 x 85 cm) + 2x height (2 x 85 cm) = 430 cm.
